Lecturers Sacked And ESUT Loses Accreditation

   Prof. Julius Okojie, the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), has disclosed that the commission has withdrawn the accreditation of some of the academic programmes offered in Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT).

Following the information, he said the institution hurriedly employed some lecturers before the accreditation commenced in order to sack through the accreditation process and immediately sacked them after receiving the accreditation for the  institution.

In his words, "We have cancelled all their accreditation, they are going to repeat that exercise.”
